Frequently undertaken for the homebuyer we also provide valuation advice as an RICS Qualified Valuer, with or without a survey, and we also provide valuations in respect of tax matters, inheritance and disputes.

Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor for more than 35years, and independent of estate agents, we provide impartial and objective advice that can include building cost guidance and other related matters such as schedules of condition and dilapidations, building disputes and defect diagnosis.

Our residential building surveys are based on a detailed examination of the building and are intended to report upon condition, including structural matters, dampness, timber defects and poor building practices - the scope and extent of all instructions being confirmed in writing in advance, with the client.

Fees are competitive and intended to reflect the advice provided. Each client and instruction is dealt with individually by the surveyor, who is happy to discuss new client’s requirements over the telephone before confirming instructions.
